What is Dermatopathology?
Dermatopathology is a subspecialty of Dermatology that involves the diagnosis of skin disease at a microscopic level. Dr. Chiang has completed a fellowship in dermatopathology. Her dual certification is very useful for diagnosing difficult skin conditions, determining when a biopsy may be helpful, and correlating her clinical findings with microscopic findings.
Dr Chiang is one of a handful of physicians that also has a law degree. She obtained her law degree from the prestigious Yale Law School in 2003.
